A sample of recent jobs around Elkhdale. Every project was photographed, logged and backed by our written guarantee.
Granite Veterinary Group has been serving Elkhdale, NC and the surrounding community since 2005. What started as one truck and a phone number is now a full crew of licensed, background-checked technicians — and we still answer our own phones.
We keep our pricing honest and our schedules tight. Every job is inspected, photographed and backed by a written guarantee, and our office follows up on every single ticket. That's how we've kept Elkhdale homeowners calling us — and sending their neighbors.
More than 21 years of showing up on time and doing the job right. Here's what that looks like in practice.
The quote you approve is the price you pay. We itemize labor, materials and parts up front, in plain language, before the truck leaves the lot.
If something we fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right. The guarantee is in the paperwork, not in a slogan on the truck.
We run a tight schedule across Elkhdale and we honor it. If something shifts, you hear it from us first — not from an answering service.
Every technician on the Granite Veterinary Group crew carries the right credentials for the job — and every job is backed in writing. No surprises at the invoice.
“Honestly the smoothest experience we've had with a local veterinary clinic. The tech explained everything before touching a thing, and the price matched the estimate down to the cent.”
“The request took two minutes and the callback came within the hour. Professional from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Granite Veterinary Group is now on speed dial for the whole family.”
“We compared three companies for an installation. Granite Veterinary Group was the only one that answered the phone, showed up on time, and left the place cleaner than they found it. We'd call again without hesitation.”
Whether it's an emergency or a weekend project, we're one call away. Estimates are free, and we answer our own phones.
